• Guests must be 21 years of age or older.

• Marijuana and LGBTQ friendly.

• VIP access must be added at checkout, cannot be added upon arrival.

• Must be kind to all of the pets.

• Don't park on the grass. Park only in assigned parking.

• Notify ahead of time if you will be coming in more than one vehicle.

• Groups over 6 must be approved.

• NO BACON IN THE MAIN HOUSE.

• NO PETS ALLOWED.

• This is an owner-occupied private home, it is not open to the public without reservation.

• NO drop-ins/stop-bys/visitors or extra guests. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Extras and add-ons are non-refundable.

• Reservations are non-transferrable and re-scheduling may be considered.. 

• Cancellations are non-refundable. Credit will be given if cancelled 31+ days in advance. 

• Pick up after yourself and leave no trace on the land; messes left behind will be charged extra.

• Shoes off in the tree houses.

• Tree net access must be added to reservation, is not included with the stay.

HOT TUB RULES

• Please shower and really rinse out your bathing suit before entry into the tub, hose to spray down by hot tub.

• Clothing is optional.

• Hours are from 4 PM to 10 PM.

• No glass, only plastics allowed in hot tub.
